Joe Dalton has been in the sewage industry since 1981. In 1996, Joe and his wife, Debbie [along with 2 small children at the time], founded Dalton's Service Company, LLC. With only two trucks. Joe would leave at the crack of dawn to service Commercial customers. Mid-afternoon, he would head back to the shop, switch trucks, and serve Residential customers late into the night. He focused on specializing in the cleaning of septic tanks and sewage plants in southwestern Pennsylvania.
In 1997, Joe added his first employee. With a commitment to excellent service, adhering to his unspoken motto, "We must be there when the customer needs us", our business continued to grow and build our customer base. Today, more than 25 years later, the hard-working team at Dalton's Service Co., LLC, maintains that same customer focus and work ethic.
Providing vacuum truck services, clean city water delivery services, roll-off box delivery services, flatbed services, and dump truck services, we've expanded -- serving industrial, commercial, and residential customers in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
We are registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the Ohio Department of Health, the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Transportation, the Better Business Bureau -- and, we are fully insured.
Our priority is to apply these credentials, along with our vast experience, to help our customers understand how their systems function and be there for them in the time of need.
